I am Carmen Rohneand I teach grade four at Mapleton School. My colleagues and I at Mapleton will be partaking in the Lwict inservices this year. I've tried many different ICT tools over the past four years and my favourites are based on what I'm using them for. For the classroom I like EPearl as an online reportfolio. Its also great for having students goal set and reflect on projects. I prefer using a classroom blog to communicate with other classrooms, the one we are using now is Kidblog. We video conference with Polar Bear International students and scientists and classrooms in the division. I also love video conferencing in my personal life.
